Welcome to the website of the Scientific Meetings on the Hellenistic Pottery.
After holding eight Scientific Meetings on Hellenistic Pottery in Greece, there was found a strong need to disseminate this work to a wider audience, particularly to younger archaeologists. To this end, it was decided and carried out the realisation of the special website of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki regarding the Scientific Meetings held to date.
The site came under the auspices of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and the responsibility of Professor S. Drougou. For the realisation of the site collaborated the archaeologists St. Garoufa and N. Valasiadis. The rectorship of the University covered the financial backing of the project.
